鑄片生產(chǎn)線描述：本系列機(jī)器設(shè)備包含單層、2層、3層、5層共擠（板）片材擠出生產(chǎn)線。鑄片生產(chǎn)線適用于PP、PE、PS、PC、ABS、PMMA、PET、PLA、PVDF、片材、板材生產(chǎn)。

Description: This series of machines consists of single-layer, 2-layer, 3-layer, 5-layer coextrusion (sheet) sheet extrusion lines. This machine is suitable for PP, PE, PS, PC, ABS, PMMA, PET, PLA, PVDF, sheet and sheet production.

工藝原理：設(shè)備采用塑料粒料→擠出機(jī)：原料融熔發(fā)泡塑化→ 快換過濾網(wǎng)→兩層共擠分配器→兩層復(fù)合擠出模頭成型擠出 → 三輥壓光機(jī)：上光整形 → 冷卻定型裝置→ 輸送裝置：使產(chǎn)品繼續(xù)逐步冷卻定形→ 切邊機(jī)構(gòu)：對產(chǎn)品兩側(cè)進(jìn)行機(jī)械切邊→ 牽引裝置：牽引傳送→ 剪板裝置

Process principle: The equipment adopts plastic pellets→extruder: raw material melt foaming plasticization→ quick change filter→ two-layer co-extruded distributor→ two-layer composite extrusion die forming extrusion→ three-roll calender: Polishing → Cooling and setting device → Conveying device: Let the product continue to cool and shape gradually → Edge trimming mechanism: mechanical trimming on both sides of the product → Traction device: traction transmission → shearing device
